hello. i just got battlestations: pacific yesterday.

im using windos vista.
when i put the disk in my desktop it doesnt read the disk. i have a DVD drive. autorun doesnt run when i insert the disk. when i click on computer and click the dvd drive that my disk is in. it says no disk detected, please insert a disk. then it says error ejecting the disk.

i dont know whats the problem. earlier on when i had to reinstall flight simulator X the drive worked perfectly fine. thats also another games for windows.

and just now i put in FSX and it read the disk perfectly fine. can any1 help me?
i saw on the back of the case that BSP is compatible with parental controls, could that be the problem?

it says cannot read disk, please insert a disk into drive D:\
then it says error ejecting the disk.

i put the disk into our laptop which runs windows XP. autorun worked perfectly fine and asked if i wanted to install.

so its not the disk but our computer. but i dont know what is wrong with the computer. has any1 had this problem before?

and if ur thinking i should just play it on the laptop. i probably couldnt due to the computer specs.
