I have had all types of problems with this website, from not being able to log, change my password, post replies, etc.

Then I switch to IE and everything works fine? Whats up with this, firefox is one of the most popular browsers in the world.

It does work with firefox, as I'm using FF right now to post this. Apparently it has something to do with cookies, or something like that. Clear *all* of your browsing info in FF and try again.

It seems to be a problem with the connection to the site, for instance I can't post a new topic on IE or FF but i can with opera. I'm also limited to just 5 lines and not being able to login or change anything in my profile.

This issue is with use since day 1.
I have the same issue. Only IE works if I want to post or edit profile.
We have asked it many times, but nothing happened.

The website support is kinda non-existent.

Well here is a fix for people like me who like firefox and are having issues.

Install this pluging

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419

It's called IE tab. With that installed, when you visit a website there is a little icon (firefox globe) in the bottom right corner, if you click it, it will switch it to IE right within the firefox browser. So you can still use firefox, just for this website click the icon and it will be like IE, but within firefox.

P.S. If you left click the icon it will just switch to IE, once you click on it and it changes to IE, then you can left click the IE icon and it will let you add this website to the list so anytime you visit this website on firefox it will open just this website in IE mode.

Thank you! Very kind.

I have been really disappointed with this website. I came here because I wanted to praise their game and hopefully attract other people to buying the game. But I couldn't log in at all with Firefox and with IE I couldn't post more than about 4 or 5 lines of text Sad

Do you know if your fix fixes the short post problem? I really wanted to post some feedback about the game and I would have to split it over about 10 posts at the moment Sad

p.s.
They really should fix this! They put all this time and money in to making such a fantastic game and yet they will infuriate people and give a really poor impression of their company with this website! It could scare away potential customers. It really is very important that they fix it in my opinion.

They shouldn't have moved to these forums, the old ones were better than this one could ever hope to be.

I am also disappointed about the Firefox problems. Firefox isn't the underdog browser anymore, a lot of people are using it. Actually I thought the days of mozilla incompatible websites would be over... obviously they're not. I could only register with IE here.

So Eidos, please fix this website.

It's not just firefox either. Even on IE my posts usually don't submit. I have had to use Google Chrome which is a bit more reliable for posting here. But on ANY of the three browsers, I am unable to make a post more than about a paragraph long.

It's ridiculous. I know a 13 year old kid who could have this forum working properly in about an hour.
