I have one question. Can I get Island Hopping achievement in skirmish mode?

Yes, you can get it in Skirmish Mode. Please remember that it has to be every one of the original 8 maps and all 3 sizes of each (so a total of 24). You can also get the Victory Rush achievement in Skirmish Mode. For that one, you must win every Competitive, Duel, Escort and Siege map at least once (total of 32, 8 maps times the 4 modes). Actually, I found that one to be a little tougher because some of those can be harder to beat. To help you out, you might want to change your AI teammates to Veteran. You don't need to be leader, just your team needs to be the winner.
